Delay in delivery of car after repeated commitments by the dealer Renault local dealer

Sir,
I had booked one Renault Kwid (RXT) through Renault local dealer at Renault Solan office, on dated 13th April 2016.At the time of booking I was duly assured, verbally, that the vehicle will surely be delivered within a span of not later than three months.
At times, after about two months, I gave calls to one Mr.Vinod Rana, General manager and Mr. Kapil Sahni, Manager to enquire about the delivery schedule of the car.
To my great disappointment, I am continuously being given fake dates of delivery by the dealership. Initially I was told that the car will be delivered by 22nd June by all means and that the allocation has been done. After this I was told that due to some unavoidable reasons the delivery will take place by the end of June 2016.
Later when I again gave a call to Mr. Vinod rana, I was told that it will take 8-10 days more but the vehicle will surely be delivered by 10th July.
On 11th July when I called up Mr Rana he did not reply the call & neither gave a call back. When I called up Mr. Kapil Sahni he out rightly told me that he still cannot give any schedule for delivery of the car and that if I feel like I can cancel the booking to which he and the dealership have no objections. At this I immediately gave a call to Mr. Vinod Rana from some alternate cell no., to which he responded, and told him that if this is the way the dealership is going to promote the Renault products with the customers, it is really disappointing. He told me that he will talk to Mr. Kapil and call back after 10 minutes, which he did not.
Sir, if this is way that top executives of the Renault dealership respond to the customer quarries, it is highly unprofessional & disappointing. All the conversations with the company officials are on record with me and can be made available, if required. Continuous false commitments by the dealership and taking customer for a ride definitely amount to invite some sort of legal action also.
Such an unprofessional & high headed behavior by the dealership also demands a proper action on the consumer front also.
I have lodged an official complaint with M/s Renault India , customer care, but of no use.
