In this connection, the defective pants pc. has already been forwarded along with covering letter dated 12.4.2016 which received in the office of the Shri Gautam Hari Singhani, CEO, Raymond Group, 2nd Floor, Mahindra Towers, Panurang Budhkar Marg,, Worli, Mumbai-40008. Mumbai on 14.4.2016. However, the Co. has not bothered to communicate anything about my complaint so far.
