Dear Sir/ Madam

I had engaged packing and moving services of Agarwal Packer & Mover (DRS Group). To move 75 items from Beawar (Rajasthan) to Chennai (Tamil Nadu) on 14th March, 2016. The goods were delivered on 27th March at my Chennai address. Ref. GC no. 4802232

As part of the invoicing I was also charged 2% (against insurance premium) of the total value of goods declared by me.

When we unpacked the items, we found several goods were damaged due to improper handling by the staff of Agarwal Packer & Mover (DRS Group).
Following are the items which were majorly damaged. I have not listed other item which were effected but ignorable.

• Steel Almirah
• Double bed cot
• Study cum computer table
• Computer CPU Cabinet
• Toys

I expect at least Rs.7700/- as claim for which I have sent to DRS group detailed description justifying the same.

After multiple follow-ups and reminder since later 4 months, they offered Rs. 5000 as compensation to repair.
