BETI BACHAO or BETI PADHAO
Honable Prime Minister Narender Modi JI your slogan Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao. But Jammu Kashmir govt not implement these rule. Jammu and Kashmir Govt officer say BETI GIRAO & BETI BHAGAO.
I Complaint to Jammu and Kashmir Govt Departments BOPEE (Board of Professional Entrance Examination) for issuance me a ADMIT CARD
I arushi Sharma D/o Sh Satish Sharma R/o Jammu and Kashmir. I am 16 yrs Girl. I fill the Form BOPEE for doing polytechnic. But departments have rejected my application due to any reason. Departments Officer says you are not attached the PRC Certificate (Permanent Resident Certificate). But I attach the Under Process Certificate issue by the First Class Magistrate Jammu and Kashmir Governments, PRC Certificate issue to that person who is permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir. I want Only Admit Card not admission. I Cleared Entrance on my performance Basic
When I fill the form department programmed computer accept my application vide my Application No 4BOP1608667 and accept my fee and my fee deposited in departments a/c. and I fill the form 18.03.2016. Department have rejected my application. But departments not intimation for any rejection. Of my application. We give examination /Entrance fee therefore department intimate to our any rejection or postponed or any quarry intimated to us. On our mail ID or on Mobile
We Live in DICTATOR Country not live in Democratic Country.
In my point of view Jammu and Kashmir Government tie up with Private colleges. Candidate rejected from Govt College and candidate turn to Private colleges
MR. F.A. MIR (Controller of Examination) giving harassments to me. I Record him conversation with me. How to given harassment or demoralize to me. I humbly request to Controller of examination with crying but he say me get lost from my room. And I requested to Mr. Tan tray (Chairman of BOPEE). But he did not any response.
BOPEE Departments allot an Admit Card to Cow (Animal). But girl (Beti) not applicable in this field. Its means animal is valuable person in this state but human being is not value.
I write a letter in this hope sir you help me not play in my Career. Sir this is my career to achievement of my Goal. Sir I am Fencing Player in National level. Please appoint an Inquiry Comatee to inspection of these Departments.
