hi,
I have bought a Dell inspiron 3493 laptop on 13th september 2020. within few days of working it started showing problems and also went blank screen for once. i contacted dell technical support and tried many things as they said to do, but nothing worked out. Now Its been more that or nearly 10 days i am regularly in contact with dell watsapp technical support and sometimes telephonic technical support, they have wasted a lot of my time by making me perform a lot many tests, things etc. but still laptop is not working properly. when ever i ask for a refund or replacement they change the topic and again ask me to perform various tests. i am fed up of all this you are requested to look in to the matter and do the needfull. here are some of the details:
