Complaint against Luminous and its subsidiary regarding ingrid rooftop solar panels

Roof top ongrid solar panel installed at my residence house no. 1288, sector 37, faridabad, by Luminous and its subsidiary Smartrays solution which started functioning from 14thNov, 2019. It was promised for single window solution by Ms Luminous to whom the contract was given. Till date no solar rebate has been received from DHBVN as the power generated through solar panels has not yet been adjusted in electricity bill. The promise made by Luminous and its subsidiary Smartrays solutions has not fulfilled all the conditions of the contract although full consideration/payment was made on time. This has caused me financial loss as well as mental harassment. I am running from pillar to pole for getting my concern addressed but of no use.
