I have tikona services as my ISP(Internet Service Provider). According to my current plan i pay 705 Rs including taxes for one month of unlimited internet at 10 MBPS. As per current situation we are required to work from home which certainly requires internet. From 16th of April my internet services has been stopped from tikona. I raised issues over emails which i sent dozens of them, also i lodged many complaints through thier tikona App and i contacted to the executives and the helpline number. Nobody has ever responded to my complaint. They just mark the issue resolved on the app and move forward. My internet services has not been resumed since 16th April and i am forced to buy local packs from airtel which costs me 98 rs per day to be able to do my office work. During this uncertainity of having a job and i have paycut from my employer i am struggling to have second service provider for my work to continue. So i asked tikona to either refund my money as they are not providing me internet services or resume my internet service. They have never responded to any of my queries. I have lodged complaint over APP, Twitter, Email, App and Phone calls. So far i have got 0 response from tikona. I urge consumer compalint to look into this situation as they come under essential services and they are allowed to work but they are not doing thier work.
