AMC Contract not Fulfilled

Even after 25 days of complaint Eureka Forbes is not ready to fix my RO covered under 2 year AMC valid till 12-02-2021. Only reply i got is govt dont consider RO repair as essential services which is not right as other technician are working in our area.
