Sir, I, Santosh Singh Yadav,am a Indane customer with consumer no. 7054597626 associated with M/s Punia Gas Service (Code No. 107099), Sector 32D, Chandigarh. On 06/12/2018, I used digital payment mode for purchase of LPG refill (Rs. 820/- Jrnl No. 169717968 dated 06/12/2018 against refill booking no. 260314). In spite of my digital payment, no delivery of the same was made. As a result I was forced to pay cash to get the refill booking (Cash Memo 5002362279 dated 18/12/2018 of amount Rs. 825/- generated for booking no. 260314 and delivered on 19/12/2018 with CM no. 5002403876.
In the whole saga, i had to pay twice for a single refill booking, first time on digital payment and second time on cash. Request reconcile the matter and do something otherwise no person will be dared to pay digital mode. Thanks.
