I Purchased a NiKON Coolpix camra s3700 from Raja Colour Lab Residency Road Srinagr KAshmir ( Authorized Dealer of NIKON) on 24/3/2016 and on testing its operation I found it was not meeting the desired parameters as for as quality of picture is concerned ,I approched the dealer for its replacement firt he refused that camra had any defect then i showed his quality of ordinary mobile phone pictures and pictures taken by the defective camra after harsh argument he agreed to send the camra to service centre for their remarks , the report of service centre under work order No. 316 showed clearly that camra had dull picture . after more than 15 days when same camra was handed over to me with plea that the necessary correction had been made by the company which is not true because I am still not satisfied with the quality of picture. I personally feel that I had been cheated by the Dealer and Company both.
