Bsnl broadband not working even one week after complaint

There is some problem going on with my landline phone as well as broadband and it is not working. I have registered a compaint on 2nd April 2016 but no action has been taken yet. Its an unlimited plan and I have to pay full bill for the whole month however I am not able to use the service from last 6 days. Please take some action.
