i bought a bottom mounted samsung refrigiator via cash memo no 330 dated 13/ nov/2010 , a year back it started having problems and i called up the service center to have it rectified , the service center in the garb of doing repair took more than 20,000 to rectify the problem and still i had problems with it . i called up the service center to complaint and even registered the complaint with the head office , still my fridge was not rectified , a month back i got it done from an outside agency who took care of it in a day . even now i am waiting for the display to be rectified still the company has not done it.
