I had a ride on 22june' 23 by ola cab from Pune airport to talegaon dabhade, Maharashtra.
Where I paid cash to driver on his request, but the driver taken cash and also charged me from ola money wallet.
Now you see how they are cheating, without my request they give credit money in ola money wallet and then without any request or OTP they charge.
So driver got money twice.
If you see they are very smart because driver can easily deny i have not taken cash.
No customer care no available to complaint or you can talk.
No reply from nodal officer.
Now they are continuously harassing me for payment, otherwise they will take legal action and spoil my cibil score.
Dear consumers beware of this fraud and don't use ola service to avoid such fraud.
