Refund of excess amount

I have postpaid service with ola and i hired auto today however he had requested for Google payment however I did not give him as i had postpaid and he insisted to make a cash payment or Google pay payment through scanner but I denied while he mentioned i can take reversal from Ola customer care .

He had a huge argument with me and he did not complete the journey for quite long till 9:19 however I was already dropped at 8:10 at my place at akshar elementa due to which I am charged more

Estimated price was 513 however you have charged me 629 for 34 kms however mummy house is 28.8 kms
Kindly refund the excess amount as i could see the same amount in my estimated bill .


The driver was insisting and was not looking at customer convenience at all

Kindly check and reverse the excess amount while I am regular traveller with ola and consider it as a good organisation
