Ola charged 50 rs without any intimation and without my fault

On 20th Jan 23 I booked ola rikshaw for estimate 208 and after completion ride they paid 258 through ola money I asked them why you 50 rs more then they it is charged for you cancelled cab in jun 21 and after that i paid 168 rs ola money in July 21 that time it was not showing anything and suddenly in 2023 they charging 50 rs. And the ride they were talking about, after that ride as well one ride is cancelled by driver side so the ride which they were talking and charging 50 rs cancelled by me because driver said he accidentally accepted the ride, he is not ready to go that route and he is not able to cancel the ride and request me to cancel the ride. Now they are charging 50rs for that. For that I wanted to send notice to Ola.
Looting customer's money and mentally harassing the people.
