Had booked OLA through Mumbai Airport T2 counter.
Paid cash as per payment mode fixed by the counter in the APP.
Payment mode could not be changed to wallet payment once the trip started.
Exactly after 1 month, mail received from OLA regarding payment pending for the above trip.
As per their customer care, they cannot do anything after 30 days of the trip.

Payment is shown pending against my account even though payment has been made to the driver.

Once payment is made as per the trip mode booked by OLA counter, how it has been converted to payment from linked account?
Why should OLA send a reminder only after one month after which they have a standard excuse of not being able to do anything?
There is discrepancy in the as Ride amounts shown in summary of rides is Rs 1360/- and is Rs. 1226/- in the trip details.

Request you to help finding out whether it is a system error or a well planned system on part of OLA to harass and loot the passengers.

Looking for help on the same to get the pending amount shown in the account cancelled as payment is already made to the driver.
