I have been asked to pay in cash & still OLA is asking me to pay on App.

I had booked an OLA Auto Ride on 08/08/22 at 04:00 pm , the auto driver stopped the APP while I was trying to make payment Online via GPAY for 124/-which I always do from past 2 months on the same route . After this the driver asked me to pay in CASH of 124/- which i did , also on 09/08/22 I got a call from OLA customer service at 01:32 pm confirming me the modfe of payment for my ride on 08/08/22. However today when I was trying to book OLA AUTO it shows that I have to make a payment of 124/- for my ride of 08/08/22. After this I tried calling customer care nos. but I think it will get connected when I am about to retire from my job.This is really pathetic firstly the fare which was only 99/- initially hiked to 130/- suddenly after taking the same route on daily bases. Secondly drivers are so rude & rash driving which we as customers hgave complained ola several times. Also we as citizens follow traffic rules , but when ever you book an OLA or UBER you will find their drivers always on call over the phone. These services are taking undue advantage of all people. I wish that we could come to being normal & just not go with such kind of pathetic services.
