Cab Booking Complaint Complaint Date: June 19, 2021
Ola Outstation Booked On 9May 2021, On Completion Of Ride Bill Of Ride Bill Of Rs 12650 Generated By Ola, Instead Of Actual Bill 1484/-. The Matter Was Brought To The Notice Of Ola Customer Care, They Accepted Their Mistake And Confirmed The Actual Payment Of 1464/- Only, Since Payment Was Already Debited Out Of Ola Money So Ola Customer Care Requested To Provide Account Details Wherein I Wanted My Refund To Be credited, I Provided Account Details Along With Cheque Copy To Ola vide my mail dated 10 May 2021.

Since Then I Have Been Following Up With Ola But Not Getting Any Suitable Response, They Are Making Me To Call And Write Them Many Times But All In Veins.

Today It's Almost A Month I Am Yet To Receive Any Refund From Ola. To My Surprise When I Called Ola Today Their Customer Care Said Since The Ride Date Is Past 30 Days From Today's Date They Are Unable To Fetch And Provide Any Assistance To Me.

This Made Me To Write You People To Get Proper Redressal, Ola Has Made Me To Behind Them For My Money Which Was Debited By Them For Their Driver partner Error, No Single Call From Ola Has Been Received To Me Detailing About The Progress It Was Only Me Who Had Been Following Up With Ola.
