Mannerless and stupid driver stopped my ride in between and abused me

I booked share cab in d evening.The driver arrived at a place away from my location.I called and asked him to come to the location I had put.This stupid came after insisting abd started blaming me instead.He was very arrogant ,rude , pathetic person.This mannerless guy was unnecessarily trying to argue with me.He stopped the ride in between within just a minute of starting.I have been charged for the ride which hasnt been completed.I was unsafe and threatened.I need my money back.Deposit it asap.This was the worst experience of my life.Ola driver talking shamelessly like this to a female customer is disgusting.Take strict action against him.Awaiting for your reply to know the status of my money and punishment to this guy.
