not giving back a mobile

my mobile(blackberry Z3) is been submitted in blackberry service centre at 9/8/16 which cost for test 400/- then they
told to give back mobile in 15-20 days that's fine but after 2,3 months they don't even contact me ,they don't even receive a call from me from last 3 months now it's been a four months .
I have every document related to it everything and also ready to pay a valueable money which is required for the repairing for my phone .but they are not taking any call from me and i am a student from amravati because of this issue i am not able to concentrate on my studies and daily routine also ,
So i request you to take some action on it please
