i had purchased a Motorola fixed teminal 200L from Paytm.There is a one year warranty for this item. I had minor issue of sim not detected. When i went to Motorola service center located at moksh plaza borivali ,mumbai i was told that they undertake service only for smartphones.I checked with the other center at vileparle.They also said the same thing> Even Paytm also not responding.I have gone thru a lot of mental stress as my had earned money goes down the drain.Motorola needs to solve this asap(Payment of Rs. 2179 received by Paytm !Your Order No is2074628418
