OLA cab Driver refused trip inability to drop at Pune station charges levied to me

It is very surprising that On 27.2.2017 after getting confirmation the Driver Navnath Alhat was contacted at 3.55 pm on his number 8975629779. He refused for the trip stating that he will not go to Pune station, even he will not drop outside also. The trip was cancelled by driver, however, the amount is recovered from me from trip bill dt 1.3.2016 ₹50 , Cancellation Fee CRN591631907.
Please take strong action against the driver and refund my Rs. 50 immediately and do not charge customers for refusal by drivers.
