Complaint for Kent's service person was at my place for servicing my Water purifier

On 16th July Kent's service person was at my place for servicing my Water purifier.
He suggest me to purchase AMC and I purchase AMC from him .It cost me 3950 Rs.
Later on I come to know that actual AMC cost is 2000 Rs.
I discuss this with agency's manager and he agreed to refund me 1950 Rs.
I am doing follow up with him but still I did not receive my refund amount.

I call Kent co, they are saying that agency is not authorised . Now questions here is how will I come to know person coming to my place after service call request to Co customer care is authorised or not.

Can you please help me to resolve this.
