Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to our todays outstation trip.
We feel that the kilometres charged in the trip are incorrect. We did not see the initial KM and End KM of the vehicle.

To get more clarity about my invoice, i requested OLA to share the actual trip route of the cab. Because, in our Google Map Timlines it show less kilometers (approx. 30 KM less). Whereas we have not used the vehicle for any other purpose except to and from.

OLA officials are not responding to the subject.
