Charged me extra for the drivers mistake

I booked a cab from mahape to panvel the fare price was 570rs the driver say that we are busy in phone it was early morning so while crossing the kamote bridge he purposely went to the Pune express Highway when telling him to stop nd take a reverse he went straight forward 15km nd took a uturn so that he could earn extra money.... Now my fare price came 912....is this my fault if driver make the mistake...
Even telling him he acts too smart...I want my refund of that 342rs why should I pay extra
