Charged double for ride and closing my complaint without resolving

I booked ola cab on 10th Jan 23, we prebooked the cab so that we can reach the destination on time.but driver took us to petrol pump and wasted 10 minutes.our bus to Kolhapur was booked and we got late for our bus.our bus driver called us and they told us that they are going to leave us if we don't reach on time.my internet was not working and driver didn't had 500 rs change.cab charge was 206 rs.so i asked my brother to pay via gpay.he paid him,and driver confirmed that he received the money.now company has charged me extra 206 and has created postpaid bill.i am receiving msgs regarding this postpaid bill 3 times a day.i uploaded screenshot of gpay,and company is closing my complaint without resolving problem.they are saying they investigated matter and their driver's is saying he didn't receive fair.even after submitting screenshot company is still replying me that they haven't received fair.this is a fraud.its not how much extra i was charged,but how fraudulently they are behaving,i feel like we are not safe with such driver's or such company. Anything can happen during ride if they are so much dishonest about the fair.
