For travel on 03/11/2022 @ about 6 pm., a short distance of 2.2 KM from Wing A Bhoomi Paradise Sector 11, Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai to near Sanpada Railway Station (for sending an envelope thru Professional Couriers) as against the actual fare of Rs.39.89, Ola Auto has charged a Total fare of Rs.74, which includes Access Fee of Rs. 33.62. Charging of such Access fee is illegal, irrational and unjustifiable for the common man. Further, the Tax of 10% charged on the bill includes the ineligible charge of Rs.33.62.

I am a retired employee and living completely on Pension.

Request the authorities to arrange to get the illegal amounts collected along with the increased tax component reimbursed.
