WRONG CANCELLATION REFUND PROCESS COMPLAINT TO www.jetairways.com

I have booked flight ticket online from your website- www.jetairways.com, on 4th Nov’17(ticket attached). Ticket at the time of booking was showing that it is refundable.

But now today when I want to cancel this ticket so as to book new ticket for 21st Jan’17, it is showing jet airways will refund only Rs167/- only.

OUT OF MY Rs 4,422/-, THEY WILL REFUND ME ONLY 167Rs..???? I HAVE BOOKED OTHER 4 TICKETS ALSO, & ALWAYS PREFER JET AIRWAYS TO BOOK FLIGHT TICKETS.

MY REQUEST IS THAT GENUINE AMOUNT WHICH IS REASONABLE SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ONLY, THEY SHOULD NOT UNNECESSARILY DITCH VALUABLE CUSTOMERS,PLS HELP.
