I am Jay Khatri from Ahmedabad Gujarat. I have purchased a new TVS APCHE RTR 160 Bike on 24th of february. I found some vibration on next day and i met to service provider person near helmet cross road, Oceanic tvs motor pvt ltd, Ahmedabad, gujarat. They test my bike and found that problem is genuine. Next day they give me bike and told me it is ready and they have cleared that problem but next day(on wednesday) I found the problem remains as it is and again that bike return to the service centre and yesterday(Friday) when i was there for asking about the problem solving situtation. they open up the bike parts. and till today I didn't get my bike. Today one week spent to purchase the bike. I clearly concern to replace my product or refund for my bike.
