Booked a ticket from Jammu to Srinagar for 4-11-2016 of AI-821. Tried to cancel the same well in advance but after all verifications provided on ticket including airline PNR,they denied to cancel the same and asking the information which was not provided on ticket at all and thus, do not cancelled ticket and not given the refund amount.
