Dear Sir/ madam,

My name is Jigar Narendrakumar Joshi. I had purchased an air ticket from Cleartrip (Online travel booking company) for Round-trip from Mumbai to Dammam,Saudi Arabia on 13th March, 2016. My flight for Dammam was dated on 17th March 2016. I had a return flight to Mumbai which is scheduled on 15th April 2016 (After 28 days). Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have to extend my Stay at Saudi Arabia. At the time of Booking, I already purchased an Air Ticket with Refundable option.Now today when I have submit for cancellation of my ticket from Dammam to Mumbai.I got a mail mentioning "NIL" refundable amount. Though having a refundable ticket, I am not able to get refund.which is totally non-judgmental.I am extremely disappoint with
the matter. I have sent mails to lodge my complain and tried to get refund, but Cleartrip is adamantly refusing for refund. Their Excuses(Prevaricating the Matter by) are attached in a PDF file along with My Ticket and refund details, and Fair Rules of the Cleartrip. Please help me to claim my refund.
