Booked ticket on 23-06-2016 from Srinagar to Delhi with flight no.G8-192 Departing at 9:35 on 7-11-2016. They have changed the flight no. as well time of departure without any intimation to me which was not comfortable to me and thus requested to refund my ticket amount but they denied to do so and not refunded my ticket amount.
