Compensation for cancellation of flight tickets by AIR COSTA from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad

We booked our flight tickets by AIR COSTA from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad for 10.7.16 by flight no. LB-675 with following details –

On 01.07.16, an email was received from Air Costa that due to some reasons, the above flight has been cancelled. I wrote back to them asking for making alternative arrangement around same timings but I was told that they did not such provision and they will give me full refund.
Now, I have a complaint against them because even if they give full refund to us, we will not get the alternative flight at the same price. Now the alternative flight around the same time was approx. Rs. 7000 now –just double the amount we have booked in MAY 2016. With no fault of mine, why I should bear these expenses. Airlines has cancelled it at the last minute, so they should bear the difference or they should make alternate arrangement, which they refused to do.
Over and above, they are not cancelling the ticket themselves and asking for our consent to process the refund. I am unable to understand that why it is required. I did not ask for cancellation of the flight. I have not given them my consent so far, hence my refund is still pending with them.
I was left with no option other than to make my own arrangement. As the direct flight was too costly, I booked through Mumbai i.e. Hyderabad to Mumbai and Mumbai to Ahmedabad. This cost me Rs. 15909/-, while the direct flight was likely to cost me more than Rs. 21000/-. I still made a loss of Rs. 5767, which I paid more to Cost of above bookings (15909-10142). Forget about the agony I faced.
I would request you to help me in getting the above amount from the airlines AIRCOSTA.

    I have booked flight from JAI to HYD on 05th March by Via.com and it's got cancelled by Aircosta and it is almost gone 70 days gone & I have not got the refund amount. After calling so many times to their customer care they didn't respond. In their emails Aircosta says talk to Via customer care & Via customer care says talk to Aircosta. They both have created a indefinite loop. Can anyone help me out in this so that I could get my amount back to the earliest. Please share some details of Aviation Minister so that I will proceed with a strong case against these agencies.

MS NIKITA MEHTA TO FLY FROM AMD BLR DATED 06 MARCH BUT THIS FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND WE HAVE APPLIED ITS REFUND THROUGH AKBARTRAVELSONLINE BUT STILL 5 MONTHS TIME HAS BEEN PASSED AND WE HAVE NOT RECD ANY REFUND.
