Refund is not credited after cancellation of ticket.

i have booked air india flight ticket from
(1) bagdogra to delhi (AI-880)
(2) delhi to vadodara (AI-819)for 22nd March,2016 through make my trip BOOKING ID: NF7201665847078.
BUT DUE TO RESCHEDULING OF FLIGHT FROM AIR INDIA I HAVE CANCELLED FLIGHT FROM DELHI TO VADODARA ON 14 TH FEB FIRST FROM AIR INDIA THEN FROM MAKE MY TRIP WITH REFERENCE NUMBER IN1602R9S140101. MAKE MY TRIP HAVE TO REFUND WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER CANCELLATION OF TICKET. STILL ON 17TH MARCH, THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN REFUND AND DO NOT GIVE ANY PROPER ANSWER.
