Complaint about jet airways ticket Cancelation & lost baggage

Had booked flight from Indore to Ahmedabad on 1st evening and it was a connecting flight from Mumbai.. Wherein I was supposed to board connectung flight at 2:30 am towards Ahmedabad ..and to no surprise as I have heard a lot about bad services of Jet airways.. There were no announcements made and it were we who were running from pillar to post to confirm about the boarding gate.. And we came to know much later that flight had been canceled much before my boarding at Indore.. And nobody bothered to inform me on same.. Still no surprises as it is jet run by ever smiling Mr. Goyal.. We repeatedly called Jet staff but again no surprises there was no body to attend us.. After almost one hr wait we were guided to Counter M7 of Jet airways where they issue new boarding passes.. There Ms liar.. Again no surprises told us that next flight will be available at 7:30 in morning and this information was given after we waited more than 45min.. Since I was tired I asked whether I could get a lounge facility.. Which was clearly denied and instead I was offered much interesting offer of Punjab Grill neatly written over corner of my boarding pass.. And post enquiring Ms liar told that you can have whatever you want.. Again no surprises..this Lie was written all over her face.. Since I grew suspicious of whole company.. I enquired about my luggage several times and everything I got the same answer that my luggage will be safe and will be in the same flight as mine.. But again to no surprise Mr Goyal.. My bag was lost because of your incompetent staff who is least bothered about customer service.. Story doesn't end here.. I was made to sign one form and one number was given.. I repeat one number was given.. But it was never promised that somebody will pick that call.. Ha ha.. Pity on you Jet Airways.. You should be shut airways. And pretty soon this nightmare will become true.. Shame on you guys.. And I was promised that my luggage will be delivered to my hotel post 10pm on 2nd and here I am writing this post. standing outside your shut window at Ahmedabad airport.. And none of your employee is bothered to even ask how they can help me.. Shameful.. That I traveled in Jet airways.. Shame on the entire staff.. My aircraft details which I was supposed to board at Mumbai 9W 2001
