There staff is not knowledgeable and because of this I have to miss my flight

Hello team,

My PNR number is A72P9V

I am frequent Traveller of goindigo normally I prefer to fly with indigo from Pune to Ranchi and round.

But on 7th of September 2017 I have to faced very strange and unexpected issue.

On given date I have one connected flight from Ranchi to Banglore and Bangalore to Pune. My flight timing was 4.20 PM from Ranchi to Bangalore. I had already cleared my web check in. I reached airport @ 3.50 PM (30 minutes before departure time) but indigo staffs stop me @ check in point and they said me that I am late and they don't allow me to go @boarding point.

Despite asking solution multiple time they do not share any solution although solution was very simple (I heard this simple solution from indigo customer care representative) by any how they just wanted to waste my half and hour and @4.22 they said I have to book new ticket.

Then I contacted to indigo customer care representative sumeet , he suggest me that I have right to go @ boarding point till 25 minutes prior only condition is that either I have to carry bag with me in flight or I have to leave my bag . It was very simple solution because I have only 2 tshirts and one jeans but despite asking suggestion multiple times indigo staff at airport not share this solution and I forced me to miss my flight. Tell me why she (indigo staff member ) was not aware about this solution and her manager?

I remember one staff member name called Mausmi (this girl wasted my half an hour). She engaged me and my family members half an hour by doing some time pass and because of her I have to left my flight.

Later she said (after 4.20) I have to book new ticket from Ranchi to Bangalore and then Bangalore to Pune. I like what the hell is going on. Later some other Traveller (another guy who is also miss his flight because of your irresponsible staff Mausmi ) told me that indigo cancelled their 1.00 pm flight( around) and shifted passenger from that flight to 4.20 pm flight and might be because of this they are doing such things.

Now tell me who should be responsible for this incident and why should I pay ? I lost fare of my flight plus I am not able to join my office on Friday.

I want complete amount back because this nonsense this was not my mistake plus I want action against Mausmi and her manager.

One more thing when I ask Mausmi to call her manager they introduced me with 3rd class guy who tell me that he is manager but I don't think he was manager.

He was 27 -30 year old guy with white shirt and black paint but he don't have vision of manager. I am 1000% sure either he was not manager or he don't have manager quality.

Seriously indigo staff is not cooperative at all. It was very casual service approach by indigo staff.They are responsible to missed my flight.Now I want to get back my money.

one more things: now after filing complaint indigo staff refunding me 245 Rs. Now tell me is this standard process that when someone file complaint they will refund 245 Rs. what happened if there would be some VIP guys there? this is very funny and ridiculous when someone file complaint they simply refund 245 rs. you know what Mausmi was not aware about this solution, forget about Mausmi her manager was also don't knew the solution. how can they appoint someone on customer centre who don't know or not willing to share solution to customer.
that time in customer care center there were 4 girls and 2 guys were present but none of them was ready to suggest solution. They are arrogant and very casual and don't understand how much cost to customer just because of there lack of knowledge (that time 2 guys was talking about some accounting thing) .

This is my humble request please take some action against all of them so that no one can suffer in future and please help me to get my money back.
