THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT WE a group of four passengers with a 5 yr kid, HAD BOOKED TRUJET FLIGHT- 2T-412, IN MAY 2 WAY FLIGHTS FORM NANDED TO HYDERABAD TO BANGALORE BY TRUJET AIRLINES AND A CONNNECTING FLIGHT TO BANGALORE BY INDIGO ON 31 AUG.
DUT TO RESHEDULING OF YOUR FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION ON 31 AUG, WE WEREW DENIED TO CHECK IN ON OUR BANGALORE FLIGHT WHICH WAS AT 6:30 PM AND YOURS WAS AT 2 PM INITIALLY, SIINCE YOUR FLIGHT REACHES AT 5 :30 PM , WE WERE DENIED TO CHECK IN IN THE CONNECTING BANGALORE FLIGHT BY INDIGO 6E-187, INSPITE OF OUR POLITE REPEATED REQUESTS TO THEM TAHT OUR TRUJET FLIGHT WAS RESCHEDULED WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION ,WE WERE DENIED TO BOARD THE FLIGHT,
INSTEAD WE WERE GIVEN ACCOMODATION IN A FLIGHT LATER AFTER HAVING TO SHELL OUT 35 THOUSAND EXTRA FOR NO REASON AND NO FAULT OF OURS.


IS THIS WHY BE BOOKED OUR TICKETS 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE ? AND IS THIS THE WAY --OUR PRIME MINISTER 's aam admi ki UDAAN 'PROGRAM IS BEING MISUDED BY PRIVATE AIRLINES TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THEM SUFFER MENTAL AGONY AND MONITORY LOSSES WITH NO ONE ANSWERABLE FOR THE SAME??
I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR MONITORY LOSSES ??
