Greetings!

At the outset I would like to introduce myself Manoj kumar and very recently I came across such horrible experience while travelling in a INDIGO AIRLINE and I decide to brought up to your notice for compensation and let them teach a lesson to provide quality service to the customer, on 20th jan 2017 I travelled to Bhubaneswar in Indigo flight no 6E 533 PNR NO GCMERT from Mumbai after I land at Bhubaneswar when I pick up my bag from the belt I found out that my bag was severely damaged when I inform them about the incident and they didn’t pay any heed to my request for replacement or compensation, I would request you to please take some appropriate action to get me justice
