FLIGHT Refund not received for ticket cancelled as Dubai-Mumbai flight IX248 delayed on 28.12.16

PNR 2XDQKU - FLIGHT - IX248 FRON- DUBAI-MUMBAI 28 DEC 2016

I have booked 4 tickets thru AkbarTravels.Com for MUMBAI - DUBAI - MUMBAI sector for Air India Express fliggts for travel on 18.12.2016 and 28.12.2016. Of these, 1 return ticket was cancelled. Remaining 3 pax, Kavita Tiwari, Sukriti Tiwari and Sukanshi Tiwari had travelled on 18 DEC 16 flight.

The return flight IX248 on 28 DEC 16 from Dubai was delayed by more than 3 hours and Akbartravels.com and AIR INDIA EXPRESS were informed on the same day for cancellation of all 3 tickets. Emails were also sent to both.

Even after 30 days the refund is yet to be processed. Akbar Travels are informing that the refund is already done. Air India Express has confirmed that refund amount of 40000/- approx is passed to Akbar travels.

I am following up the matter with Akbar travels Customer support since 28 DEC 2016 and still waiting for the refund amount even after 30 days
