sir my name is naeem sayed i book ticket jaipur to mumbai date of journey is 19/12/16 me and my four friends are their pnr no is PFZKVT

4) SHAFATULLAH SHAH ONE MORE TICKET pnr is UMVQTP

all of we are coming from jaipur to mumbai when we reach to cheking counter at 20.00 pm departure time is 20.55 they said counter is clouse i told them flight is delay for 20 mint so we are on time because we have got the sms on that time that is delay we shown the msg they got shock they ask to senior he told yes flight is delay. told we have sold the ticket we have only 3 seat vacant i can send only three of you two have to stay in jaipur in hotel. we ask them can we all stay he said no only two have to stay i ask him can you give me reson letter. he said yes i told then give me reason letter. he told while going in morning i will give letter now you go to hotel so two of us decided to stay in jaipur my self 1) naeem sayed 2) dastagir shaikh next day morning we came to air port i ask for reason letter they tell you are already let come fast you will get letter in mumbai we will mail to them and morning time staff is also change. 8.30 am departure from jaipur reach at mumbai 10.00 am i went to jetair counter i told all story to senor ledy staff but she told me you spouse letter from their only. she was not ready to take any responsibility . call mumbai police dail 100 number. one constable came to me i told all matter he told it happen every day in air port they didn't take any responsibility even i cant do any thing for you he told we are here for law and order maintain you can long complaint in consumer court now you help me for airlines big mistake so they dont do with others conman people. thanking you naeem sayed i hope i will get justist for this insult.
