We were very disheartened by the service provided by spicejet executive at the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminals Domestic Airport on 10th Feb.

The flight was scheduled on 4.35 pm and then got rescheduled at 4.00 pm. We had booked three tickets to Kochi that day.

One of our friend had already checked in. Two of us reached airport by 3.20 pm and the person in charge of the check in counter refused to allow the other two as "the gates were closed".

Inspite of us pleading to her, she did not budge. As a result only one of us could board that flight and the other two missed it.

Following rules is wonderful, but helping people out whichever way possible is even better. A little bit of positivity would have made our day.
