Fake promises by MAKE MY TRIP
I have booked 2 airlines ticket from mumbai to dehradun for 15 june 2017 from the MAKE MY TRIP APPLICATION through my phone.To get a fair price for the journey i decided to book the tickets early in february.
I proceeded to book the flight for 15 june and made the payment from my card.i then got the meassage reading that the tickets have been booked for 17 june.i was shocked and canceled the tickets as the app displayed REFUNDABLE for that tickets.
After cancellation i called up the MAKE MY TRIP APP and narrated the entire incident that happened as the date i selected was 15 and the tickets they booked was for 17 .
I told them that all i want is my ticket for 15 th or a cashback.
The ticket fare for 2 person was 5592 rs.To which they explained that the modification charges or cancellation charges are refundable amount is 5058 rs.
Refundable amount-500 rs. only.my ticket charges and cancellation charges is almost same.
I have booked a ticket 5 months prior And that too for a refundable flight.
and i am left with no money and not even a ticket.
My money is all lost by a system mistake.
Please look at the matter.
