Booking online through MakeMyTrip, Refund amount of flight ticket cancellation

I was doing booking online through MakeMyTrip in zero cancellation of person for flight from Srinagar to Mumbai on 7th june 2017 at 3.15pm to 6.20pm. But my booking was not able to complete due to online credit card payment issue. Then a person of MakeMyTrip from 24*7 support called me. He helped me in that booking, but he has not continue that booking in zero cancellation. After booking only i come to know that he had not done booking in zero cancellation. Later After cancellation of that flight ticket they have deducted 2250*4(person)= Rs. 9000/- as a ticket cancellation charges well as their service charge Rs.300*4 = Rs.1200/-. Hence total amount deducted is Rs. 10,200/-.Hence As I was doing booking in zero cancellation, MakeMyTrip should refund me Rs. 9000/- immediateley
