False roaming charges || They’re cheating customers!

I had activated my roaming international pack from 19th June 2018 for 5000 rs which lasts for 28 days. (i.e till 17th July 2018)
Before leaving and after reaching Europe (for which i activated the pack) i had asked customer care what network to stay on for which they replied Orange first and since i wasn’t getting that i called again and asked to which they replied you can keep it on Automatic mode of network.
On 28th June, i was in Finland (included in the pack) whereas your company is claiming i was in Estonia and have charged me Rs 2337.
On 1st July, i was in Estonia - from where i made a call to customer care again as i wasn’t getting Data, to which they replied that it isn’t in the pack - hence you wont get data there.
Till here it was all fine, but please note all my services were stopped from around 11-12pm Estonia time on 1st July and till the time i got back i got no service! (I.e i got to use the services only 10 days)
Other than that - after coming back i get to know that i have been charged for “data” charges on 1st July. But sir i haven’t used nor got any data in Estonia and that was clear from the call made to customer care too!
The amount is Rs 25,000 Approx for this!
In fact, i had made calls from Estonia for which i haven’t been charged and for the data which i never even got there, i am being charged and that too a super high amount!
They have right now shut all my services and are keeping on charging me! Not rectifying ! It’s been 2 months! They agreed first that yes no data only calling should be charged and now they are saying no! They’re cheating customers!
