Please note following step wise fraud incident in details;

1. I have seen mobile with good rate on Ebay
2. Checked for genuineness of product on web search & found details were
insufficient
3. Asked to seller for details
4. Seller insisted to discuss in personally for further
details (Conversation through Ebay Email attached herewith 01. Seller
Communicatioin 1 - 31.02.2016.pdf)
5. On phone, the seller told that such model not exists, new branded item
in same budget will be added by seller shortly which I can buy at
affordable rate & given new product details.
6. New products details found updated on Ebay. booked order. Refer Ebay
communication attached (02. Gmail - Confirmation of your eBay order
(PaisaPay ID_41795470188.pdf)
7. Seller again called & told that there will be a gift along with this
order. To claim for it, buyer need to provide Ebay PIN / OTP which will be
going to receive on registred mobile.
8. I believed on seller as he was registered with Ebay & the mobile No. is
also registered with Ebay.
9. After giving the OTP / PIN, the seller had immediately taken hold of my
Ebay account & changed the credentials.
10. Due to change in the account information, Now I am not able to access
my account & cant cancel the order.
11. The steps of changes made by seller to my account were found on the
registered Email which were attached herewith chronological order as below.

01.02.2016.pdf); (05. Ebay Communicatioin 3 - 01.02.2016.pdf); (06. Ebay
Communicatioin 4 - 01.02.2016.pdf)
12. Through Ebay Conversation No. 1-65787298898, Ebay Customer care
executive had confirmed that the shipment is delivered & told that the
shipment details will be communicated to me through SMS.
13. Ebay.in sent SMS to me that the product was shipped through their
authorised Currier services i.e. dotzot carriers. when I tracked the
shipment (AWB No. I30004658414) it was found that The delivery was already
made on 30th January 2016 whereas the ordering date is 1st February 2016.
14. It mean either Either Ebay have given me wrong information OR Else
Seller had manipulated the product delivery details. Ebay to revert with
exact & correct order status.
15. It confirms the clear cut case of fraud
