I am Gajanan Pawale, working in Hyderabad, i have been cheated by country club India limited. I have request Country Club to cancel my membership & refund my money 100000 rupees (1 lac). but country club is denying to refund.
Country Club sales representative made fake, false promises to me regarding various products and services offered by country club. Country Club sales representative have not shown any agreement before making payment after payment successfully made they come up with an agreement copy on which they took my and my wife signature. (this shows the intention of those Authorized officials that they just want the card to be swiped and payment to be made of Rs.100000 (1 lakh) they are not bothered for anything else.). The Country Club Sales executive have not given the sufficient time to read & understand the agreement, terms & condition copy, this agreement was totally different from, the promises made by Country Club sales executive. Country Club Sales executive misrepresent me & my wife, they made the payment first & then signed the agreement, which is illegal as per Indian Contract Act 1872 (Agreement). so this agreement is VOID and NULL. Country Club Agreement is fully in favour of Country Club, they have not explained the services which are mentioned in agreement.Country Club sale executive responsibility is to provide valid information mention in agreement before taking the signature on agreement.
Country Club already knows about there sales executive, how they make false, fake promises and get money from customers.

So Sir kindly request you to please look into this matter & get refund my hard earned money from Country Club Frauds.

Please Sir take strong action against this Country club. Country Club has cheated many people, still they are cheating the peoples.
