When i am going to a shop near Federal Bank brank NH-5 Faridabad on dt. 09-12-2018 my black scooty no is HR51BE5982 standing out near Federal Bank when i was returning from shop then i saw my scooty not stand there i was searching but i can not find my scooty then i am helpless & going to near police station NH -5Faridabad but no any police office to written my FIR then next day i am going to my wife & then police office Ravinder told me that you write to give me a complaint letter so i written a application & submit in police station but not registered FIR & he told me you go to home & FIR will be registered next 3days but insurance claim will be refundable with in 24 hours so i was helpless
