My wife has gone today evening at big bazaar for shopping at the time of billing she kept her mobile along with the purchased product while scanning the items the boy on the counter number 4 has picked the mobile and kept it down as per the cctv footage at 16:28 pm my wife started asking to the workers but they have not responded properly so I went after my office time same thing happened no response so I went to the boy who was in counter no4 and started asking him first he said he has given by mistakenly to another person after some time the staff from the big bazaar took him and brain washed him after that he started saying I was looking at my mobile also the boy replied if u give complaint nothing will happen so please give me a solution what has to be done
