sir my number is 9097644336.
my complain is about ignorance and irresponsible answer of customer executive.
when i call in aircel customer care on 27/08/2016 time 4:37 duration 4:53, that time customer care executives are gossip to each other i have call record for that.
again i call 4:43 pm 27/08/2016 duration 5:05, she said that product like 82 and 89 are available only from easy recharge. but i said that earlier i recharged from self balance using self care, but she not want to listen to me, she want to say only. after that message on my number i have message in message box for further evidence.
in that message it is written that 82 and 89 both are available with 1288(,product info) number. i more thing is that both pack are available in selfcare(*121#).
i tried both method to active 82 and 89 pack, but pack was not active.
now i want justice from to punish the concern staff, who waste my time harass me mentally and lost my offer also, i can get 18000 second from pack 82. but i can’t use that benefit due to aircel customer care.
