Refund amount not received, purchased a Philips Bluetooth speaker from Paytm

I have purchased a Philips Bluetooth speaker from Paytm on 12 Apr 18 my order no is 4957906548. And paid online for that. When my order arrived to me I was not available at that time that's why my order is cancelled on 19 Apr 18. After that I have not received any any payment from Paytm. When I contacted to Paytm customer care representative told Mee ur payment is initiated you have to wait for 7 to 14 working days . I wait for 14 days and again call customer care, the representative told me sir please share me ur bank statement I also done that reference no. Is 64990796. But still I have not received any refund . Again I contacted customer for my refund but representative told me sir ur payment is initiated you have to contact ur bank and told me fraud reference no. 810980071173. When I contacted by bank branch the bank representative told me sir we want UTR no. For the transaction and mode of payment. Again I call customer care representative told Mee again you have to share ur bank statement till date . Again I shared my bank statement . After sending my bank statement again I contacted customer care but representative Rishi Raj told Mee sir our team is working on that and we can not provide any confirmation about this in how much time you will get ur payment and can't send you any confirmation any this in ur mail id .And still I didn't get any solution
